What it can access

  • Issues, pull requests, and comments
  • Code, commits, and diffs in accessible repos
  • Organization and team metadata you can view

What it cannot do

  • Cannot access repositories you do not have permission for
  • Cannot modify repository settings or secrets
  • Does not push commits or merge pull requests without explicit confirmation
  • Cannot access resources outside your OAuth scopes
