Intercom
Access scope is determined by your OAuth token in Intercom. Revoke the token upstream and access ends immediately.
What it can access
- Conversations and tickets in your workspace
- Contact and company records
- Help Center articles and collections
- Tags, teams, and workflow metadata
What it cannot do
- Cannot access workspaces you are not a member of
- Does not reply to customers on your behalf without explicit confirmation
- Does not permanently delete conversations
- Cannot access resources outside your OAuth scopes
