Access scope is determined by your OAuth token in Salesforce. Revoke the token upstream and access ends immediately.
What it can access
- Accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities you can view
- Cases, tasks, and events tied to accessible records
- Reports and dashboards shared with you
- Custom object records within your permission set
What it cannot do
- Cannot access records outside your Salesforce sharing rules
- Does not create or modify records without explicit confirmation
- Does not permanently delete records
- Cannot access resources outside your OAuth scopes
