Who authors the packs?
We partner with domain consultants who have shipped this work at scale — not generic AI prompt writers. Pack authors are credited, and every entry is reviewable.
Can we bring our own pack?
Yes — on the Business tier you'll be able to publish your own packs across sub-orgs. Useful for consultancies, MSPs, and enterprises with many internal teams.
What if a pack conflicts with our policy?
Your overrides always win. Pack entries are read-only reference material; your team's own memory sits in a separate writeable store that takes priority.
